This is my project for June, 25th and 26th, 2:00 pm- 7:00 pm.

Fun!

Over the course of four interactive modules, this workshop offers a combination of theory, practice, and technically based demonstrations to increase students’ capacity to understand and negotiate stress and trauma.

• Stress and Parasympathetic Yoga • Traumology Yoga: Neuro-Anatomy and Physiology of Trauma • HRV and Heart Rate Variability Yoga: The Art of Sweet and Strong • Mindfulness and Paying-Attention Yoga.

Students will learn how yoga-based movements support healing from trauma by combining the basic concepts behind the neurological, psychological, and physiological aspects of stress and its recovery. This includes biofeedback based mindfulness and promoting a shift from post-traumatic stress to post-traumatic growth.

The workshop includes an individual brainwave and biofeedback assessment.

Payment can be made here. limited space, please register soon.
